Designed to capture the essence of 'Luxe Rural'—the art of country chic—this cuvée is produced using a gentle secondary fermentation to capture delicate, dancing bubbles. The wine reflects the warm Mediterranean climate of the Hérault valley, where sea breezes cool the vineyards and preserve the essential acidity of the grapes. Domaines Paul Mas bygger på en stolt vinmagerarv, der går helt tilbage til 1892, men blev i sin nuværende form grundlagt i 2000 af den visionære vinmager Jean-Claude Mas nær Pézenas i Languedoc i det sydlige Frankrig. Vingården arbejder ud fra filosofien om »Luxe Rural« – at skabe tilgængelig luksus til hverdagen – og forener århundreders franske traditioner med en dynamisk, oversøisk inspireret tilgang til vinfremstilling.
