Cote Mas Syrah Grenache is a vibrant reflection of the warm, sun-drenched Mediterranean climate of the Pays d'Oc in Southern France. Crafted by Jean-Claude Mas as an invitation to experience the relaxed 'Luxe Rural' lifestyle, this red blend marries the structured, peppery qualities of Syrah with the juicy, red-berry warmth of Grenache. Grown on clay-limestone soils that benefit from cooling sea breezes, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified primarily in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their bright, primary fruit characteristics. This approach yields an approachable, medium-bodied wine defined by notes of ripe blackberries, wild herbs (garrigue), and a touch of sweet spice, capturing the rustic charm and modern elegance of the Languedoc.

Domaines Paul Mas bygger på en stolt vinmagerarv, der går helt tilbage til 1892, men blev i sin nuværende form grundlagt i 2000 af den visionære vinmager Jean-Claude Mas nær Pézenas i Languedoc i det sydlige Frankrig.
