Hailing from the sun-drenched hillsides of the Pays d'Oc, Les Tannes Cabernet Sauvignon Occitane is a vibrant testament to the region's winemaking heritage. The name 'Les Tannes' refers to the clay-limestone soils of the Languedoc, which have been cultivated since Roman times. This wine is crafted from sustainably grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that thrive under the Mediterranean sun, balanced by cooling sea breezes. To achieve its signature style, a portion of the blend is aged in French and American oak barrels to add structure and hints of vanilla, while the rest remains in stainless steel to preserve the bright, expressive blackcurrant and plum fruit characteristics.

Established in 1892 with roots at Château de Conas, Domaines Paul Mas was revitalized in 2000 by Jean-Claude Mas, who championed the concept of 'Luxe Rural' to showcase the premium potential of the Languedoc region. Based in Pézenas, France, the family-owned estate spans multiple vineyards across the Hérault valley, practicing sustainable and organic viticulture certified by Terra Vitis. The winery is celebrated for its expressive, Mediterranean-influenced wines, seamlessly blending traditional Southern French varieties like Marsanne, Grenache, and Syrah with international grapes. From the vibrant, everyday Claude Val and Les Tannes ranges to refined single-estate cuvées, Paul Mas delivers accessible elegance that captures the warmth and diverse terroir of the Pays d'Oc.
