While the legendary Grange championed multi-regional blending and robust American oak maturation, RWT was designed to showcase the singular terroir of the Barossa Valley matured exclusively in fine French oak. First released with the 1997 vintage, it redefined Australian Shiraz by prioritizing aromatic complexity, plush textures, and fleshy fruit over sheer muscular power.
