The Bourgogne Prestige Blanc from Domaine Philippe Charlopin-Parizot represents a beautiful evolution in the estate's history. While Philippe Charlopin built his legendary reputation on rich, deeply concentrated Pinot Noir under the guidance of Henri Jayer, the white wines have carved out their own stellar reputation under the direction of his son, Yann Charlopin. Yann brought a refined, modern precision to the white winemaking, balancing the estate's signature texture with vibrant acidity and mineral tension. Sourced from carefully selected Chardonnay parcels across the Côte d'Or, this cuvée undergoes traditional barrel fermentation and aging, resulting in a wine that beautifully marries the rich, buttery heritage of classic Burgundy with a contemporary, chiseled freshness.

Established in 1977 by Philippe Charlopin with a modest 1.5-hectare parcel in Gevrey-Chambertin, Domaine Charlopin-Parizot has expanded to encompass 25 hectares spanning the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Chablis. Philippe Charlopin honed his craft under the mentorship of the revered Henri Jayer, deeply absorbing the master's doctrine of low yields, strict fruit selection, and complete destemming. Today co-managed alongside his son Yann, who directs white winemaking, the domaine cultivates limestone- and clay-rich terroirs using sustainable viticultural practices. In the cellar, vinification emphasizes extended cold macerations, indigenous yeast fermentation, and prolonged aging in French oak barrels without fining. The domaine's benchmark portfolio is renowned for textural density, silky tannins, and aromatic purity, anchored by premier crus like Pernand-Vergelesses and village cuvées such as Gevrey-Chambertin Terres Blanches and Vieilles Vignes, alongside celebrated Grand Cru expressions including Charmes-Chambertin, Clos Vougeot, and Chambertin.
