Piper-Heidsieck's Brut Rosé Millésime is a rare and prestigious expression of the house's style, declared only in exceptional years. Unlike the vibrant, fruit-forward non-vintage Rosé Sauvage, the Millésime is a masterclass in structure, complexity, and longevity. It is crafted by blending select Premier and Grand Cru parcels, with Pinot Noir taking center stage to provide power and depth, complemented by the elegance of Chardonnay and the roundness of Pinot Meunier. A crucial element of its character is the addition of high-quality still red wine from legendary Champagne terroirs. Aged on its lees in the historic chalk cellars of Reims for several years, this Champagne develops a sophisticated bouquet of wild strawberries, toasted brioche, smoked spices, and a refined mineral backbone, carrying forward the house's legacy of royal prestige that dates back to Queen Marie Antoinette.
