Piper-Heidsieck Heritage Brut is a non-vintage Champagne representing the traditional house style of this Reims-based producer. The blend is typically dominated by Pinot Noir, which provides structure, complemented by Pinot Meunier for roundness and Chardonnay for acidity and elegance. Sourced from various crus across the Champagne region, the wine undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic fermentation. It is crafted using a proportion of reserve wines to maintain consistency across releases. The wine is aged on its lees in the cellars for a minimum of 24 months before disgorgement and finished with a standard Brut dosage.
