✨ Technical Specifications
This special release represents a glamorous intersection of haute couture and historic winemaking, celebrating Piper-Heidsieck's long-standing relationship with the fashion world. Renowned designer Jean Paul Gaultier famously dressed the house's signature Champagne in a provocative red vinyl corset in 1999, followed by a seductive black latex and fishnet design in 2011. Inside the avant-garde bottle is the house's classic, structured non-vintage blend. Sourced from over 100 crus across the Champagne region, this cuvée is anchored by Pinot Noir, which provides structure and power, while Pinot Meunier adds roundness and fleshy fruit, and Chardonnay brings elegance and brightness. A significant proportion of reserve wines are utilized to ensure consistency, depth, and the signature toasted brioche and pear character of the house style.
🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck in Reims, Piper-Heidsieck is one of the oldest and most prestigious Champagne houses in France. Built upon a legacy of royal patronage—famously creating a cuvée for Queen Marie Antoinette—the house later cemented its historic identity through the partnership of Christian Heidsieck and Henri-Guillaume Piper. Today, under the ownership of the EPI Group, the maison is celebrated for its dynamic, Pinot Noir-dominant house style that emphasizes vibrancy, freshness, and structure. Piper-Heidsieck's portfolio, led by its signature Cuvée Brut and intensely fruit-forward Rosé Sauvage, reflects a commitment to sustainable viticulture and cellar master precision across the finest crus of Champagne.
