Sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards that were active during Churchill's lifetime, the cuvée undergoes extended lees aging in Pol Roger's deep, cool chalk cellars in Épernay, yielding exceptional complexity, fine autolytic character, and remarkable longevity.
