Domaine Prieure Roch's Blanc is a rare, highly sought-after expression of white Burgundy that defies conventional expectations. Sourced from organically farmed parcels, notably within the Ladoix appellation (such as the 'Le Cloud' vineyard), this Chardonnay is crafted using the estate's signature natural winemaking philosophy. The late Henry-Frederic Roch applied the same uncompromising methods to his whites as his legendary reds: whole-cluster pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging on its lees in oak barrels with absolutely no added sulfur. This minimal-intervention approach yields a wine of incredible texture, energy, and complexity, characterized by a slightly cloudy appearance, vibrant orchard fruit, wild herbal notes, and a distinct saline minerality that speaks directly to the limestone soils of the region.

Domaine Prieuré Roch blev grundlagt i 1988 af den visionære, afdøde Henry-Frédéric Roch, som også var meddirektør for Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Det højt respekterede domæne har hjemme i Prémeaux-Prisey i Bourgognes Côte de Nuits.
