Founded by Henry-Frédéric Roch, who was also the co-director of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, the estate employs ancient, non-interventionist methods to craft these rare masterpieces. The Grand Cru Pinot Noir grapes are harvested by hand at peak maturity and fermented entirely as whole clusters with native yeasts, without any added sulfur or temperature control.
