The grapes are sourced from 'Les Clous', a parcel situated within the historic commune of Vosne-Romanée, though classified under the regional Bourgogne AOC. The 'Pure' designation indicates that this cuvée is crafted with absolutely no added sulfur dioxide at any stage of vinification or bottling. Utilizing 100% whole-cluster fermentation and native yeasts, this wine captures the raw, energetic pulse of its clay-limestone terroir. Domaine Prieuré Roch blev grundlagt i 1988 af den visionære, afdøde Henry-Frédéric Roch, som også var meddirektør for Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
