Domaine Prieure Roch's Pinoterie is an extraordinary, avant-garde expression of Pinot Noir that defies traditional appellation boundaries. Released under the Vin de France designation, this cuvee is born from the estate's uncompromising natural winemaking philosophy. The name itself is a playful, affectionate nod to the essence of the Pinot Noir grape, with 'pinoter' referring to the grape's distinct aromatic signature. Crafted using whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts and bottled with little to no added sulfur, it offers a wild, energetic, and remarkably pure profile. This rare cuvee showcases the estate's ability to coax profound depth and vibrant, brambly fruit from their meticulously farmed vineyards, capturing the raw, living spirit of Burgundy.

Domaine Prieuré Roch blev grundlagt i 1988 af den visionære, afdøde Henry-Frédéric Roch, som også var meddirektør for Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
