Domaine Prieure Roch's Premier Cru 'Vv' (Vieilles Vignes) is a masterclass in natural winemaking and terroir expression, sourced from ancient, deep-rooted Pinot Noir vines in their prestigious Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru parcels, notably the Clos des Corvées monopole. Crafted using the estate's signature non-interventionist philosophy, the grapes undergo 100% whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts and no added sulfur. The iconic label, featuring ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs representing the eye of Horus, the sun, and the earth, reflects Henry-Frédéric Roch's deep spiritual connection to nature. This wine is celebrated for its wild, untamed aromatic profile, boasting notes of dark bramble fruit, dried rose petals, exotic spices, and a distinct forest-floor earthiness, balanced by a vibrant, energetic structure and velvety tannins.

Domaine Prieuré Roch blev grundlagt i 1988 af den visionære, afdøde Henry-Frédéric Roch, som også var meddirektør for Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
