Prunotto's Quorum is born from a remarkable collaborative project initiated by 'Hastae', an association of historic Piedmontese winemakers dedicated to elevating the Barbera grape to world-class status. Named after the ancient Roman designation for Asti, this unique venture combines the expertise of top estates to craft a definitive Barbera d'Asti Superiore. Grown in the clay-marled soils of Asti, the wine undergoes meticulous selection, fermentation, and aging in French oak barriques. The result is a deeply concentrated red boasting rich notes of blackberry, plum, sweet spices, and toasted oak, supported by Barbera's signature vibrant acidity and a velvety texture.

Established in 1923 when Alfredo Prunotto acquired the cooperative 'Ai Vini delle Langhe,' the Prunotto winery is situated in Alba, in the heart of Italy's Piedmont region. Under the stewardship of the Antinori family since 1989, the estate has consistently championed the diverse terroirs of the Langhe and Monferrato hills. Prunotto balances traditional Piedmontese winemaking practices, such as aging in large oak casks, with modern precision to craft elegant, terroir-driven wines. The winery is celebrated for its exceptional single-vineyard expressions, including the Barolo Bussia and Barbaresco Bric Turot, alongside classic regional styles like Nebbiolo d'Alba Occhetti and Roero Arneis.
