Quinta do Sibio is one of the most historic and distinctive estates of the Douro, located in the steep Roncão valley. Known for its unique terroir where schist transitions to granite, and its high-altitude vineyards, the estate benefits from cool nights that preserve the natural acidity of the grapes. The Quinta do Sibio Field Blend Branco is a tribute to the ancient Douro tradition of co-planting and co-fermenting multiple indigenous white grape varieties. This field blend approach creates a harmonious, complex, and deeply terroir-driven white wine. Fermented and aged with minimal intervention to respect the purity of the fruit, it showcases a vibrant minerality, citrus notes, and a textured palate that reflects the rugged beauty of its mountainous origin.
