Crafted by the rebellious winemakers at RedHeads, Triplex is a dynamic white blend designed to challenge the status quo of single-varietal dominance. The name 'Triplex' celebrates the power of three, bringing together three distinct white grape varieties sourced from premium, low-yielding vineyards across South Australia. Each component is selected to contribute a unique dimension—one for vibrant aromatic lift, one for rich textural weight, and one for crisp, refreshing acidity. True to the RedHeads philosophy of minimal intervention and maximum character, the parcels are fermented separately, utilizing a combination of stainless steel to preserve bright fruit purity and seasoned oak to introduce a subtle, creamy complexity. The result is a harmonious, multi-layered white wine that showcases the collaborative spirit and innovative terroir expression of South Australian winemaking.
