Named 'Pax'—the Latin word for peace—this cuvée celebrates the harmonious resolution of two powerhouse grape varieties that historically vied for supremacy in the vineyards of South Australia. Sourced from low-yielding, premium parcels across prized South Australian soils, the fruit is handled with minimal intervention in RedHeads' eco-friendly winery. The Shiraz contributes plush, dark plum fruit and opulent spice, while the Cabernet Sauvignon provides structural backbone, refined tannins, and a lifting leafy complexity.
