The Wilson Gunn Shiraz by RedHeads is a tribute to the bold, expressive winemaking style that defines South Australia's premium regions. Sourced from carefully selected, low-yielding vineyard parcels, this wine captures the essence of classic Australian Shiraz. The RedHeads winemaking philosophy shines through in its small-batch production, utilizing traditional open fermenters and aging in a mix of French and American oak hogsheads. This process tames the intense, concentrated dark fruit flavors of blackberry and plum, weaving them with complex notes of dark chocolate, black pepper, and sweet spice. It represents a harmonious balance between power and elegance, crafted by a winery renowned for rescuing parcel-sized treasures from independent growers.
