To mark three centuries of exceptional cognac-making, Rémy Martin released the Fine Champagne 300 Year Anniversary VSOP, celebrating a legacy that began in 1724. This special edition honors the house's signature style, crafted exclusively from a blend of eaux-de-vie from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, renowned for their chalky soils that yield spirits of incredible longevity and aromatic depth. Distilled with the lees in small copper stills and matured in toasted French Limousin oak casks, this VSOP showcases notes of ripe apricot, baked apple, wild wildflowers, and subtle vanilla. The history of Rémy Martin is intertwined with French royal recognition, having received a royal accord from King Louis XV in 1738, allowing them to plant new vines during a time of scarcity—a testament to the enduring quality that defines this anniversary bottling.
