By law, Fine Champagne must contain at least 50% Grande Champagne. These chalky soils impart an unmatched complexity and longevity to the Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Folle Blanche grapes. Distilled on the lees in traditional small copper stills, the spirit is aged in French Limousin oak casks, where it develops its signature opulence, revealing notes of candied plum, mature fig, jasmine, and grated cinnamon.
