Established in 1724, the House of Rémy Martin has spent three centuries perfecting the art of Cognac. The Fine Champagne Cognac Limited Edition XO is a masterclass in blending, composed of hundreds of eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus—the chalk-rich heart of the Cognac region. By law, Fine Champagne must contain at least 50% Grande Champagne. These chalky soils impart an unmatched complexity and longevity to the Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Folle Blanche grapes. Distilled on the lees in traditional small copper stills, the spirit is aged in French Limousin oak casks, where it develops its signature opulence, revealing notes of candied plum, mature fig, jasmine, and grated cinnamon. The XO designation represents the pinnacle of extra-old blending, celebrating a heritage of craftsmanship passed down through generations of Cellar Masters.
