✨ Tekniske specifikationer
Established in 1724, the house of Rémy Martin has long been synonymous with the prestigious 'Fine Champagne' designation, a protected appellation requiring a blend of eaux-de-vie exclusively from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, with at least 50% from Grande Champagne. This specific VSOP Gold Label, bottled during the 1970s, represents a historic era of production. Distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes using traditional Charentais copper alembic stills and aged in toasted Limousin oak casks, this bottling has spent decades in glass. Over time, spirits in bottle undergo a subtle evolution known as 'old bottle effect,' softening the oak influence and integrating notes of dried apricot, warm vanilla, leather, and a delicate rancio that distinguishes vintage bottlings from their modern counterparts.
