Grown primarily in the warm, sun-drenched soils of Napa Valley—often sourced from the Wappo Hill Vineyard in the Stags Leap District—the grapes benefit from cool afternoon breezes that preserve their natural acidity. To retain its luscious sweetness and intense aromatics of orange blossom, wild honey, and ripe peach, the wine undergoes a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which is halted early to keep the alcohol level low and the natural sugars high.
