✨ Technical Specifications
Produced by Ronc Marin in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy, this sparkling wine is crafted from 100% Ribolla Gialla, a historic autochthonous grape. The vines grow in soils characterized by 'ponca'—a flysch of alternating marl and sandstone. To maintain the primary fruit characteristics and fresh acidity of the 2023 vintage, the wine underwent secondary fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks using the Charmat (Martinotti) method before short refinement.
🍾 About the Producer
Ronc Marin is a sparkling wine brand produced under the Tenimenti Civa estate, founded by Valerio Civa in 2016 in the village of Bellazoia within the picturesque Colli Orientali del Friuli, Italy, with family viticultural roots dating back to 1956. Benefiting from the unique microclimate and mineral-rich flysch soils of Friuli, the estate embraces precise, modern vinification methods to craft expressive, elegant sparkling wines. Production primarily utilizes the Charmat-Martinotti method to retain the vibrant aromatics and crisp acidity of indigenous grapes. Ronc Marin is celebrated especially for its sparkling expressions of Ribolla Gialla, offering refined effervescence, bright floral character, and refreshing minerality.
