Ronc Marin's sparkling Ribolla Gialla is produced from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes grown in the Colli Orientali del Friuli region of northeast Italy. The terroir is defined by ponca soils, a characteristic Eocene flysch composed of alternating layers of marl and sandstone, and a microclimate protected by the Julian Alps. To preserve the grape's natural high acidity and delicate primary aromatics, the wine is crafted using the Charmat method, undergoing secondary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel autoclaves. This process yields a fresh, elegant sparkling wine characterized by vibrant citrus, green apple, and floral notes, supported by a fine perlage.

Ronc Marin is a dedicated sparkling and still wine line crafted by Azienda Agricola Tenimenti Civa, established by entrepreneur Valerio Civa in February 2016. Located in Bellazoia di Povoletto within the Colli Orientali del Friuli, the estate sits framed by the Julian Prealps where marly-arenaceous flysch soils (locally known as ponca) and diurnal Alpine breezes yield intense aromatic purity and vibrant natural acidity. Focused centrally on championing the indigenous Ribolla Gialla variety alongside native and international grapes, Tenimenti Civa employs advanced, temperature-controlled stainless steel vinification alongside precision Charmat-Martinotti sparkling methods. Under the Ronc Marin marque, the estate highlights pristine sparkling expressions including the Ronc Marin Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut Millesimato and Extra Dry Millesimato, characterized by refined floral perfume, crisp citrus nuance, and crystalline mineral tension.
