Domaine Roux Père et Fils blev grundlagt i 1855 af Louis Roux i den historiske landsby Saint-Aubin og har gennem fem generationer udviklet sig til en af Bourgognes mest anerkendte familieejendomme. I dag råder familien over et imponerende kludetæppe af førsteklasses vinmarker fordelt over Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits og Côte Chalonnaise.
