Crafted to celebrate a century and a quarter of winemaking heritage, Seghesio's 125th Anniversary Zinfandel showcases the classic Sonoma County style pioneered by Edoardo Seghesio in 1895. Sourced primarily from dry-farmed, historic old vines across Dry Creek and Alexander Valleys, this wine benefits from warm daytime temperatures and cool coastal night breezes. The wine undergoes careful fermentation in stainless steel before being aged in a blend of French and American oak barrels (a portion new) to balance rich berry fruits with subtle spice and structured tannins.
