✨ Technical Specifications
Spier Creative Block 3 is a Rhône-style red blend produced in the Coastal Region of South Africa. The blend typically features Shiraz, Mourvèdre, and a small component of Viognier. Grapes are harvested from vineyards with diverse soil profiles, predominantly decomposed granite and clay, which benefit from maritime influences. The vinification process generally involves fermentation in stainless steel followed by 16 to 18 months of aging in a combination of new and older French and American oak barrels. This results in a structured, medium- to full-bodied wine characterized by dark fruit notes, spice, and integrated tannins.
