β¨ Technical Specifications
Spier's Seaward Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown in the Coastal Region of South Africa, specifically from vineyards situated close to the ocean where maritime breezes temper the climate. The wine is typically 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit aromas, followed by a period of maturation on the fine lees to add mid-palate weight and texture before bottling.

The estate is particularly renowned for its acclaimed '21 Gables' single-varietal expressions of Chenin Blanc, Pinotage, and Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside its innovative, terroir-driven 'Creative Block' blends.
