Affectionately nicknamed 'Daruma' due to its iconic, squat black bottle resembling the traditional Japanese wishing doll, it represents a landmark in the country's post-war spirits renaissance. This specific 'Boar' edition belongs to Suntory's celebrated annual tradition of releasing limited-edition bottles adorned with the Japanese Zodiac signs to welcome the New Year. Crafted using a harmonious blend of malt and grain whiskies sourced from Suntory's historic distilleries, including Yamazaki and Hakushu, it delivers a rich, smooth, and highly approachable profile. Suntory blev grundlagt i 1899 af Shinjiro Torii i Osaka, Japan.
