Suntory Old Whisky, first introduced in 1950, is a legendary Japanese blended whisky affectionately nicknamed 'Daruma' for its classic round bottle shape. This specific 'Mouse' edition belongs to Suntory's celebrated annual Lunar New Year Zodiac series, packaged in a beautifully crafted ceramic decanter shaped like a mouse (or rat), symbolizing wealth and new beginnings in Japanese folklore. The blend itself is a testament to Suntory's pioneering whisky heritage, combining malt and grain whiskies to deliver a smooth, rich profile marked by notes of sweet vanilla, dried fruit, and a touch of oak spice. Suntory blev grundlagt i 1899 af Shinjiro Torii i Osaka, Japan.
