Suntory Toki is a groundbreaking blended Japanese whisky that brings together the heritage and craftsmanship of Suntory's three legendary distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. The name 'Toki' translates to 'time' in Japanese, representing the connection between past, present, and future. Unlike traditional blends that focus on Yamazaki malt as their backbone, Toki features Hakushu single malt—known for its fresh, green apple and herbal notes—and Chita grain whisky, which provides a clean, sweet, and velvety texture. Yamazaki single malt is artfully introduced to add depth, complexity, and a touch of oak and spice. This innovative blend showcases a bright gold color, offering aromas of basil, green apple, and honey, followed by a palate of grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint, and thyme, finishing with a subtly sweet and spicy kick of ginger and oak.
