Taittinger Prestige Rosé is a vibrant celebration of the traditional blending art in Champagne. Its brilliant, shimmering pink hue is achieved through the meticulous addition of approximately 15% still red Pinot Noir wine—sourced from the prestigious crus of the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys—to a delicate blend of white Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. This assembly method, historically championed by the region's grand houses, imparts both its intense color and a wonderful structural depth. The high proportion of Chardonnay brings the signature Taittinger elegance, freshness, and mineral precision, while the Pinot grapes provide a luscious core of wild raspberry, cherry, and blackcurrant notes. Aged on its lees in the house's historic cellars, this cuvée strikes a masterful balance between crisp vivacity and velvety fruitiness.

Established in 1932 when Pierre Taittinger acquired the historic Forest-Fourneaux house founded in 1734, Champagne Taittinger is one of the few remaining family-owned and operated Champagne houses based in Reims, France. The house is celebrated for its extensive Gallo-Roman chalk cellars, known as crayères, which provide the perfect aging conditions for their elegant, Chardonnay-dominant cuvées. Taittinger's signature style is defined by lightness, finesse, and mineral precision, epitomized by their legendary prestige cuvée, Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs, alongside their classic Brut Réserve and the artistic Taittinger Collection.
