The Talisker 25 Year Old Bottled in 2001 is a legendary release in the history of the Isle of Skye's oldest distillery. Distilled in the mid-1970s and matured for a quarter of a century in refill casks, this limited edition was bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.5% ABV, capturing the raw, untamed spirit of the Skye coastline before later annual releases were standardized at lower strengths.
