The 'Ansari' Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a poignant tribute to the family's modern legacy, its name derived from the initials of the siblings Antonietta, Sabrina, and Riccardo. Crafted from a classic blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes harvested from select hillside vineyards, the fruit undergoes a meticulous drying process in specialized drying rooms for several months. This concentrates the sugars, acids, and polyphenols before a slow fermentation and extensive aging in Slavonian oak barrels. The resulting wine is a powerful, complex masterpiece, reflecting the clay-limestone soils of the region and the family's commitment to elegance, structure, and balance.

With viticultural roots dating back nearly four centuries to 1630, the Tedeschi family is one of the most storied and respected names in Veneto's Valpolicella region. Based in Pedemonte, the estate gained international acclaim under Renzo Tedeschi and is today guided by his children Antonietta, Sabrina, and Riccardo, who uphold an uncompromising commitment to terroir expression and local heritage. Tedeschi was a pioneer of single-vineyard selection in the region with the landmark 1964 bottling of Capitel Monte Olmi, helping to redefine the standard for site-specific Valpolicella.
