✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by the historic Tedeschi family, whose winemaking legacy in Valpolicella spans nearly four centuries, La Fabriseria Rosso represents a pinnacle of elegance in the Veneto region. The name pays homage to the Fabbriceria, the historical parish councils of the region where local elders gathered to make decisions for the community, symbolizing the selection of only the finest fruits from their prized hilltop vineyard situated in the communes of Sant'Ambrogio and Fumane. This wine is typically composed of a traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, enhanced by a small touch of the rare, structured Oseleta grape. Grown on stony, limestone-rich soils at high elevations, the grapes yield a wine of remarkable structure and complexity. Unlike the opulent sweetness of Amarone, La Fabriseria Rosso is celebrated for its dry, refined character, achieved through traditional fermentation and extensive aging in Slavonian oak casks, resulting in a harmonious balance of bright red fruit, savory spice, and mineral depth.
