The Herb Lamb Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon represents a historic partnership between vintner Tor Kenward and the legendary growers Herb and Jennifer Lamb. Situated on a steep, northeast-facing hillside on the lower slopes of Howell Mountain, this unique vineyard is celebrated for its cool microclimate and cobbly, volcanic soils. Unlike the warmer valley floor, this aspect allows for slow, even ripening, imparting a signature high-toned floral perfume, intense blueberry fruit, and refined structure to the wine.
