✨ Technical Specifications

Trapiche's Broquel range represents a step up into premium, structured wines, with the name itself meaning 'shield' or 'buckler,' evoking a sense of heritage, protection, and defense of traditional winemaking values. Sourced from selected high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza's premier sub-regions, such as the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo, this Malbec benefits from intense mountain sunlight and cool night breezes. The grapes undergo a meticulous selection process followed by fermentation in stainless steel and aging for approximately 15 months in French and American oak barrels. This process yields a wine of remarkable depth, characterized by intense aromas of black fruit, sweet spices, and a touch of smoke, backed by robust tannins and a velvety finish.
