The Torrontes, a unique grape native to Argentina that arose from a natural cross of Muscat of Alexandria and Criolla Chica, thrives under the intense sun and cool night breezes of high-altitude Argentine vineyards. To preserve its famously expressive and delicate floral character, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with no oak aging.
