Trapiche's Oak Cask Chardonnay represents a harmonious marriage of high-altitude Mendoza terroir and classic oak aging. Sourced from selected vineyards situated at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, where intense daytime sunlight and cool alpine nights preserve the grape's vibrant natural acidity, this wine undergoes fermentation followed by aging in French and American oak casks for several months.
