Rather than a single bottling, this selection typically gathers Trimbach's most legendary and age-worthy expressions, which may include the peerless Clos Sainte Hune Riesling, the majestic Cuvée Frédéric Emile, and exceptional Grand Cru bottlings of Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Maison Trimbach blev grundlagt i Riquewihr i 1626 og flyttede senere til Ribeauvillé. Huset rummer i dag tretten generationers urokkelige dedikation til det alsaciske vinbrug. Ejendommen råder over mere end 60 hektar førsteklasses terroir langs forkastningszonen ved Ribeauvillé, særligt i kommunerne Ribeauvillé, Bergheim og Hunawihr. Her mødes en kompleks undergrund af muslingekalk, mergel og sandsten med et beskyttet, halvkontinentalt mikroklima.
