Named in honor of Frédéric Emile Trimbach, who famously secured the estate's reputation at the 1898 Brussels International Exposition, this legendary dry Riesling is a masterclass in Alsatian terroir. It is crafted from a signature blend of grapes grown in two prestigious Grand Cru vineyards that tower directly behind the Trimbach winery in Ribeauvillé: Geisberg and Osterberg. The marl, limestone, and sandstone soils of these steep, south- and southeast-facing slopes impart a profound, laser-like minerality and structural tension. Vinified in a bone-dry style without malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel and neutral oak casks before undergoing extensive bottle aging in the deep cellars of Maison Trimbach.
