Maison Trimbach's Gewurztraminer Classic is a benchmark expression of Alsace's most flamboyant grape, crafted in the house's signature dry, structured style. While Gewurztraminer is historically known for its heady, sometimes cloying sweetness, Trimbach champions a gastronomic approach, preserving vibrant acidity and restraint. The grapes are sourced from select vineyards around Ribeauvillé, where limestone and clay soils impart both richness and mineral tension.
