Sourced from estate-controlled vineyards nestled on the limestone and clay-rich soils surrounding the historic town of Ribeauvillé, this wine represents the vibrant, everyday drinking style of Alsace. In keeping with the Trimbach family's strict winemaking philosophy established in 1626, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and neutral oak casks.
