Maison Trimbach's classic Alsace white, often bottled as Pinot Blanc, is a traditional and harmonious blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. Sourced from estate-controlled vineyards nestled on the limestone and clay-rich soils surrounding the historic town of Ribeauvillé, this wine represents the vibrant, everyday drinking style of Alsace. In keeping with the Trimbach family's strict winemaking philosophy established in 1626, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and neutral oak casks. Malolactic fermentation is systematically avoided to retain the pristine, natural acidity and mineral tension of the terroir. The result is a dry, beautifully structured white wine that captures the essence of Alsatian purity, showing delicate aromas of white orchard fruits, spring blossoms, and a clean, stony finish. This cuvée serves as the perfect introduction to the dry, precise style that has made the Trimbach name legendary among wine lovers worldwide.
