Crafted to honor nearly four centuries and thirteen generations of unbroken family winemaking tradition in Ribeauvillé, the Trimbach Pinot Gris 13 Generation is a masterclass in Alsatian complexity and precision. Sourced from select old-vine parcels surrounding the historic village, this cuvée showcases the noble Pinot Gris grape at its most majestic. In keeping with the house's legendary style, the wine is fermented dry without malolactic fermentation, preserving a spine of pristine, vibrant acidity that balances the grape's natural richness. It undergoes aging in stainless steel and neutral oak casks to develop a deep, texturally luxurious mouthfeel defined by smoky minerality, ripe stone fruits, and subtle spice, reflecting the unique limestone and marl soils of their prized terroirs.
