Maison Trimbach's Pinot Gris 'Hommage à Jeanne' is a profound tribute to Jeanne Trimbach, a matriarch who helped guide the historic estate through the mid-20th century. Crafted from exceptionally old vines planted on the limestone-rich soils of Ribeauvillé, this cuvée showcases the majestic potential of Alsatian Pinot Gris. True to the Trimbach philosophy, the wine is vinified dry without malolactic fermentation, allowing the natural tension, pristine acidity, and deep mineral core of the terroir to shine. It weaves together rich, smoky undertones, ripe orchard fruits, and a structured, saline finish that speaks to its noble origin.

Maison Trimbach blev grundlagt i 1626 i hjertet af det historiske Alsace og er gennem mere end tolv generationer blevet drevet af Trimbach-familien, som fra vinkældrene i Ribeauvillé har opbygget et enestående internationalt ry.
