Trimbach's Riesling Reserve is a masterclass in Alsatian precision, crafted from a meticulous selection of grapes sourced from older vines in the historic terroirs surrounding Ribeauvillé. Unlike many regional examples, Trimbach strictly avoids malolactic fermentation, preserving the grape's natural, electric acidity and crystalline purity. The vines dig deep into complex limestone and marl soils, imparting a profound mineral tension and structure to the wine. Historically, the Trimbach family has championed this bone-dry, gastronomic style of Riesling for centuries, earning them a legendary reputation among sommeliers worldwide. Maison Trimbach blev grundlagt i 1626 i hjertet af det historiske Alsace og er gennem mere end tolv generationer blevet drevet af Trimbach-familien, som fra vinkældrene i Ribeauvillé har opbygget et enestående internationalt ry.
