Maison Trimbach's Riesling Selection de Vieilles Vignes is a masterclass in Alsatian purity, sourced from select old-vine parcels surrounding the historic village of Ribeauvillé. These vines, averaging over 40 years of age, plunge their roots deep into complex limestone and clay soils, yielding a remarkably concentrated and structured wine. True to the Trimbach signature, this Riesling is vinified dry without malolactic fermentation, preserving its laser-like acidity and pristine varietal character.
